Introduced Gemini AI for generating content or improving content in the ticket-view page to create well-crafted content.This setting can be enabled under App Settings-> AI Setup. 2. The translate feature is implemented in the ticket-view page when conversations are received in a language outside of your knowledge without the need for external translation tools. This permission is separated for both customers and employees. This can be enabled under App Settings-> General Settings -> Google Translate permission for employees/ Google Translate permission for customers 3. The offline message and title for business hours can now be customized via the Business Hours Settings page in the admin panel. 4. On the Active Tickets page, tickets that have been responded to by customers and are marked with a green strip will now appear at the top of the table, facilitating prioritization. 5. Users now have the option to modify the color of the header and footer in the email template distributed through the application. 6. Separate File Permission option is added in the ticket view page, when global file upload permission is off for customers you can give permission to individual customer. 7. The same file upload option will be used to turn off file permission for individual customer, when global file permission is enabled. 8. Add Space feature is introduced to seamlessly add ads with a title, link, and image. These adds are visible for customers under vertical menu. When users click on an ad, they are directed to the specified URL mentioned in the link. 9. The language translation feature is implemented for dynamically generated content like Articles and FAQs on the customer's side. 10. Added a new option for choosing agents and priorities when a ticket is created in the admin create ticket page while creating a ticket. 11. Employee activity is added to record every action of an employee, to know what an employee has done at what time. 12. Custom Image can be uploaded for livechat Icon under LiveChat->livechat settings->upload Livechat icon. 13. The application itself will provide you with a cronjob command. In the "General Setting" under "App setting", the first section you will find is the cronjob command. You can copy it from there and use it in your server.  14. Introduced Payment Gateways to enable payment option for customers when a custom invoice is created for them. 15. Custom Invoices feature is added to generate an invoice for customer providing them with clear and detailed payment information. In this you can create invoice with both status payment pending and paid, if user had already made their payment. 16. The maintenance mode switch is now removed from the general settings page and added in the "Under Maintenance Page" under "Custom Pages" in the admin panel.  17. Here a new field for a url is added. If You want to redirect your customers to a different page when the application is under maintenance mode then you can specify the redirect url in the designated input. If left empty the application's maintenance mode page will appear as usual. 18. Invoice Address Settings are added under App Settings-> General Setting -> Invoice Address Setting, So that custom invoices generated will be seen with this address. 19. Minor bug fixes. 20. Holiday features are updated. Allowed to add a fixed holiday that repeats every year. 2. A new category is added under Categories-> Add Category "View on Email to Ticket" and "view on both" is changed to "view on all". The categories created with this category can be viewed on App Settings-> Email Settings-> IMAP Settings. 3. A new switch "Show Offline Message" is provided in Business Hours, so that offline message will be shown to customers only when this switch is enabled if business hour switch is turned Off. 4. A new setting "Customer email verification" is added in App Settings -> General Settings. If this is enabled only verification link will be sent to customers given mail while registering. 8. "Auto translate" feature is introduced in language translate page to easily translate content to your own languagae. 9. "translates" table has been removed from database. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update Installation Process: ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1.  A minimum of PHP version 8.2 is required (Recommended) to install the application. 2. It is strongly recommended to create a backup of both your existing "Database" and "Project" that are currently installed on your server. 3. Obtain the updated version of the "Project" by downloading it from the "Codecanyon" platform. 4. Assuming you have successfully downloaded the latest version of the "Project" from the "Codecanyon" platform. 5. Navigate to the root directory of your previously installed application or project on the server. 6. Proceed to upload the new project and extract its contents, replacing all existing files and folders, except for the "public" folder, "storage" folder, and ".env" file. 7. After replacing your old project with the new updated project, open the public folder and replace all the folders and files except the "media," "storage," and "uploads" directories, and delete the assets directory from the public folder (root/public/assets). 8. Now, after successfully completing the above steps, go to the application and refresh the page (if application is in use) or launch the application in any browser of your choice. 9. You will be redirected to the update page. Please complete all the steps in the update page. 10. Congratulations!
